By accessing or using ScribbleArt, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

How the Service Works

ScribbleArt is a simple, no-registration-required service. You upload an image, we process it using AI technology (powered by NanoBanana), and display the artistic result to you. We do not store your uploaded images or generated artwork in our database. Once you close your browser session, your images are not retained on our servers.

Use License

Permission is granted to use ScribbleArt for personal and commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• • Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in ScribbleArt
• • Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials
• • Use the service to process illegal or inappropriate content
• • Attempt to circumvent any usage limitations or security measures

Content Ownership

Prohibited Uses

You may not use ScribbleArt:

• • In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• • To upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• • To upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• • To transmit any malicious code or viruses
• • To attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee that ScribbleArt will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems that could lead to interruptions, delays, or errors. We reserve the right to change, revise, update, suspend, discontinue, or otherwise modify the service at any time.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ScribbleArt or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use ScribbleArt, even if ScribbleArt or an authorized representative has been notified of the possibility of such damage.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
